Please save door entry code for future reference - 5553. LATE POLICY: 10 Minute grace period. If you are running late please notify me. Any arrivals later than 10 minutes will have to be rescheduled and will be considered a cancellation within the 24 hour time frame and will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Most of my appointments are 30 minute slots so timeliness is essential. Parking downtown can be unpredictable, please allow enough time to park and walk if necessary. CANCELLATION POLICY: Any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If the card on file is declined for this fee, the fee must be paid before a new appointment will be approved. A cancellation without notice will result in a ban from online booking, and a deposit will be required for any future appointments. 2 cancellations without notice (No-Shows) will result in a permanent ban from booking with me. A cancellation without notice, and declined fee will result in a permanent ban from booking with me. 3 cancellations or reschedules in 6 months, or 5 cancellations or reschedules in 12 months (including cancellations made outside the 24 hour window) will result in a ban from online booking and you will be required to reach out to me for openings with a deposit to book. I understand life happens and I am understanding and compassionate of difficulties that may arise that prevent you from making your appointment. However, untimeliness and cancellations are harmful to my business. My policies are enforced without exception. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for choosing me! 🫶🏻
