CANCELLATION POLICY: Any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If the card on file is declined for this fee, the fee must be paid before a new appointment will be approved. LATE POLICY: 10 Minute grace period. If you are running late please notify me. Any arrivals later than 10 minutes will have to be rescheduled and will be considered a cancellation within the 24 hour time frame and will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A cancellation without notice (No-Show) will result in a ban from online booking, and a deposit will be required for any future appointments. 2 cancellations without notice (No-Shows) will result in a permanent ban from booking with me. 3 cancellations in 6 months, or 5 cancellations in 12 months (including cancellations made outside the 24 hour window) will result in a permanent ban from booking with me.
